Common use of Billable Expenses Clause in Contracts

Billable Expenses. Out-of-pocket expenses (including, without limitation, local travel and local telephone calls) that Contractor incurs in connection with the Project shall be paid by Contractor. With prior approval by the Company, the Company shall reimburse Contractor for out-of-area travel and any general, applicable expenses related to the Project. Reimbursement shall be made within ten (10) days following receipt of Contractor’s invoice, provided that expenses shall be invoiced no more often than on a monthly basis.
