Billing Commencement. Billing for Internet Data Center Services, other than Setup Fees, indicated in the initial IDC Services Order Form shall commence on the earlier to occur of (i) the "Installation Date" indicated in the initial IDC Services Order Form, regardless of whether Customer has commenced use of the Internet Data Center Services, unless Customer is unable to install the Customer Equipment and/or use the Internet Data Center Services by the Installation Date due to the fault of Exodus, then billing will not begin until the date Exodus has remedied such fault and (ii) the date the "Customer Equipment" (Customer's computer hardware and other tangible equipment, as identified in the Customer Equipment List which is incorporated herein by this reference) is placed by Customer in the "Customer Area" (the portion(s) of the Internet Data Centers, as defined in Section 3.1 below, made available to Customer hereunder for the placement of Customer Equipment) and is operational. All Setup Fees will be billed upon receipt of a Customer signed IDC Services Order Form. In the event that Customer orders additional Internet Data Center Services, billing for such services shall commence on the date Exodus first provides such additional Internet Data Center Services to Customer or as otherwise agreed to by Customer and Exodus.
Billing Commencement. The Initial Development Fee shall be due and payable in accordance with the terms set forth on the eCommerce Services Order Form. Billing for eCommerce Services indicated in the eCommerce Services Order Form (including the eCommerce Rate, Fees Per Hit, Banner Advertising Revenue and Click Through Revenue, as applicable) other than the Initial Development Fee, shall commence on the "OPERATIONAL DATE" indicated in the eCommerce Services Order Form. In the event that Subscriber orders other eCommerce Services in addition to those listed in the initial eCommerce Services Order Form, billing for such services shall commence on the date Netgateway first provides such additional eCommerce Services to Subscriber or as otherwise agreed to by Subscriber and Netgateway in the applicable eCommerce Services Order Form.
Billing Commencement. Billing for Internet Data Center Services indicated in the initial Services and Price Form shall commence on the Installation Date, regardless of whether Customer has installed the Customer Equipment or commenced use of the Internet Data Center Services; provided, however, that if Customer is unable to install the Customer Equipment and/or use the Internet Data Center Services by the Installation Date due to the fault of Exodus, billing will not begin until the date Exodus has remedied such fault. In the event that the Services and Price Form is amended after the Installation Date to include additional Internet Data Center Services, billing for such services shall commence on the date Exodus first provides such additional Internet Data Center Services to Customer.
Billing Commencement. Billing for Internet Data Center provision for any services that compte with any Exodus services, Services, other than Stamp Fees, indicated in the initial IDC without Exodus' prior written consent. Services Order Form shall commence on the earlier to occur of (i) the "Installation Date" indicated in the initial IDC Services 3.5
Billing Commencement. Billing for Internet Streaming Services, other than Deposits, indicated in the initial IS Order Form, shall commence on date AVN begins to provide Internet Streaming Services, unless Customer is unable to use the Internet Services by the Operational Date due to the fault of AVN, then billing will not begin until the date AVN has remedied such fault and is operational. Any Deposits will be due upon receipt of a Customer signed IS Order Form. In the event that Customer orders additional Internet Services, billing for such services shall commence on the date AVN first provides such additional Internet Services to Customer or as agreed to by Customer and AVN.
Billing Commencement. DoIT may commence billing and Customer shall be liable for payment for Services upon the Service Activation Date.
Billing Commencement. Except for any fees required to be paid prior to or on the Installation Date (as indicated in the Services and Price Form), billing for Internet Data Center Services indicated in the initial Services and Price Form shall commence on the Installation Date. In the event that the Services and Price Form is amended after the Installation Date to include additional Internet Data Center Services, billing for such services shall commence on the date Exodus first provides such additional Internet Data Center Services to Customer.
Billing Commencement. Billing for the GPC Equipment Fee will begin upon the earlier of: (i) installation of the applicable GPC Equipment; or (ii) 60 days after delivery of the GPC Equipment to Utility’s Warehouse.
Billing Commencement. Billing for Internap port fees commences upon the earliest of (a) activation of the port circuit at Internap's service point; (b) thirty days from delivery of any applicable local loop/Telco connection; and (c) the expiration of the standard install interval specified in the Sales Order Form.
