Service Order Term. The term of each Service Order is as specified on the Service Order (the “Service Order Term”), and commences on the Service Activation Date, provided that as set forth in Section 8.1 of this Agreement, Pilot may, in its sole discretion, commence billing Client on the date that is sixty (60) days after the Ready for Installation Date (as defined in Section 8.1). Service Orders that specify “month-to-month” may be cancelled upon thirty (30) days’ written notice.
Service Order Term. The term of each Service Order will commence on the service activation date for each new service, as specified by Consultant when accepting the Service Order (“Service Activation Date”) and shall continue for the period of time specified in that Service Order or until the Service Order has been renewed or terminated as specified herein. If the Service Order is for an ongoing or recurring Service and, upon expiry of the initial term the Service Order has not been renewed, the Service Order shall automatically renew for one (1) year periods (collectively, the “Service Term”) until Services are terminated by either Party at least sixty (60) days’ written notice prior to the end of the Service Term. Company shall continue to be responsible for payment to Consultant for the Services to be terminated through the end of the notice period. Following the initial Service Term stated in any Service Order, Consultant reserves the right to increase rates for any Services provided thereunder upon at least sixty (60) days’ written notice.
Service Order Term. The term of a Service Order shall commence and end on the date specified on the applicable Service Order.
Service Order Term. Each Service Order will be valid for the term specified on such Service Order unless the Service Order is terminated earlier in accordance with the terms of this Agreement or the relevant Service Order.
Service Order Term. For each Service Order, Seller shall provide services for twelve (12) months from the Effective Date of the Service Order, unless otherwise specified on the Service Order (the “Term”).
Service Order Term. The term of each Service Order shall commence on the Service Activation Date for such Service and continue for the period of time specified in that Service Order (“Service Term”), unless terminated earlier as otherwise provided for in this Agreement. Thereafter, unless otherwise stated in the Service Order, the term of each such Service Order shall automatically renew for one (1) year periods (each a “Service Renewal Term”) pursuant to the terms of the Agreement until terminated by either Party upon thirty (30) days written notice prior to the end of the Service Term or the then current Service Renewal Term; provided, however, that Customer shall continue to be responsible for payment to DoIT for the Services to be terminated through the end of the thirty (30) day notice period plus any early termination charges which may apply. Customer will not receive notice of a Service Term or Service Renewal Term expiration date. After the Service Term and during any Service Renewal Term, DoIT reserves the right to increase rates for any services provided thereunder upon at least thirty (30) days’ notice.
Service Order Term. Each Service Order placed under this Agreement shall have its own term, as indicated on such Service Order ("Service Term"). At the end of the Service Term for any Service Order (as defined in Section 3.1(a)), such Service Order shall continue on a month-to-month basis ("Extension Period") unless either party gives written notice to the other that the Service described in such Service Order shall be disconnected, such notice to be delivered at least thirty (30) calendar days before the end of the Service Term, or if during the Extension Period, then upon at least thirty (30) calendar days' written notice. Customer's charges, as set forth in this Agreement, for Services provided by Xxxxxxxx at the expiration of the Service Term shall continue to apply to Customer's Service throughout any Extension Period, unless modified pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. Unless Customer is in default, any Service being provided at the time of termination of this Agreement shall continue upon the terms and conditions of this Agreement until end of the Service Term or any applicable Extension Period Service as specified in the applicable Service Order or until such Service Order is terminated pursuant to the second sentence of this Section 2.2; provided, however, that Customer may not order any new Service until Customer and Xxxxxxxx have entered into a new agreement or mutually agreed in writing to extend this Agreement.
Service Order Term. The term of each Service Order will commence on the date each new service is provisioned by Allstream (“Service Activation Date”) and will continue for the period of time specified in that Service Order or until the Service Order has been renewed. If upon expiry of the initial term the Service Order has not been renewed, the Service Term will automatically renew for one (1) year periods (collectively, the “Service Term”) until the Services are terminated by either Party upon at least sixty (60) days written notice prior to the end of the Service Term. Customer shall continue to be responsible for payment to Allstream for the Services to be terminated through the end of the sixty (60) day notice period. Following the initial Service Term stated in any Service Order, Allstream reserves the right to increase rates for any Services provided thereunder upon at least thirty (30) days’ notice.
Service Order Term. For each Service Order, the Parties shall identify the Term during which Service contemplated in a Service Order will be provided in the Schedule supporting each such Service Order. A Service Order will take effect upon Xxxxxxxx’s execution of the Schedule supporting the Service Order for a Term governed by the supporting Schedule.
