Common use of Billing Due Dates Clause in Contracts

Billing Due Dates. All ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will have a payment due date of 60 days after they are issued. If payment cannot be made within the 60-day period, then a 30-day extension, with written justification, can be requested. Agencies will follow their respective laws and regulations for debt collection.
