Billing Estimates/Time Frames Clause Samples
The Billing Estimates/Time Frames clause defines how and when a party will provide estimates of costs and the expected timing for billing or payment. Typically, this clause requires the service provider to give advance notice of anticipated charges and to outline the schedule for invoicing or payment deadlines. By setting clear expectations for both the amount and timing of payments, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings and disputes over billing, ensuring transparency and predictability in the financial aspects of the agreement.
