Common use of Billing Information and Charges-General Clause in Contracts

Billing Information and Charges-General. 27.2.1 Official Bill is the bill sent by the billing Party in a mechanized format and paper bills are “official” only when the established billing for a service is not in a mechanized format. If there are no industry-standard billing formats for the billing of another service provided under this Agreement, the billing format for such service will be in a paper format, unless otherwise mutually agreed to by the Parties.
