BILLING OF USERS. Clause 7.1 - The amount, the way the service will be measured and the billing criteria of services rendered, must be established by the AUTHORIZED COMPANY, based on the provisions of the SMP Regulation, taking into consideration the provisions of Clause 3.7 herein.
