Billing Restrictions. If the Physician-in-Training is enrolled in an ACGME- accredited residency training program, the Physician-in-Training hereby agrees to abide by Attachment “I” which is incorporated herein by this reference. Attachment “I” governs billing related to any professional activities engaged in by the Physician-in-Training beyond the scope of this Agreement (e.g., “Outside Professional Activities” or “Moonlighting”).
