Tenant acknowledges that Agent is acting solely as agent for Landlord in connection with the foregoing; and Agent and its direct and indirect partners, officers, shareholders, directors and employees shall have no liability to Tenant in connection with the performance of this Lease and Tenant waives any and all claims against any such party arising out of, or in any way connected with, this Lease or the Real Property. Each party may be sent have counsel deliver notices to each other with the same force and effect as if given by the method(s) set forth hereinabove, without copies to any other party. Zywiciel, Managing Director, with a copy to GE Capital Investment Advisors, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, Esq.▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, Attn: ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. Bradley, Asset Management, and with a copy to any Mortgagee or Lessor who may have requested the same, by Notice given in accordance with the provisions of this Article 27, at the address designated by such Mortgagee or Lessor, or (iii) to such other address address(es) as either Landlord or Tenant may designate as its new address address(es) for such purpose by notice given to the others other in accordance with the provisions of this Article 27. Tenant hereby acknowledges and agrees that any such ▇▇▇▇, statement, demand, notice, request or other communication may be given by Landlord's agent on behalf of Landlord. (B) Notices shall be deemed to have been rendered or given (a) on the date when it shall have been delivered, if delivered by hand, or (b) two Business Days after the date mailed, if mailed as provided in Section 27.1(A). Notice given by counsel for either party on behalf of such party or by the Manager on behalf of Landlord shall be deemed valid notices if addressed and sent in accordance with the provisions of this Article.
(A) Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 27.1, Notices requesting services for Overtime Periods pursuant to Article 27. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Article 27 28 may be given by delivery to the contrary, bills and statements issued Building superintendent or any other person in the Building designated by Landlord to receive such Notices, and bills may be sent rendered by delivering them to the method(sPremises without the necessity of a receipt.
