Additional Quantities For a period not exceeding ninety (90) days from the date of solicitation award, the Customer reserves the right to acquire additional quantities up to the amount shown on the solicitation but not to exceed the threshold for Category Two at the prices submitted in the response to the solicitation.
Delivery and Content of Monthly Bills/Supplementary Bills 10.2.1 The SPD shall issue to SECI hard copy of a signed Monthly Xxxx/Supplementary Xxxx for the immediately preceding Month/relevant period based on the issuance of Energy Accounts along with all relevant documents (payments made by SPD for drawal of power, payment of reactive energy charges, Metering charges or any other charges as per guidelines of SERC/CERC, if applicable. Each Monthly Xxxx shall include all charges as per this Agreement for the energy supplied for the relevant Month based on Energy Accounts issued by RPC or any other competent authority which shall be binding on both the Parties. The Monthly Xxxx amount shall be the product of the energy as per Energy Accounts and the Applicable Tariff. Energy drawn from the grid will be regulated as per the regulations of respective State the Project is located in.
Specific Order Processes and Requirements 1. Distributor will order Software from SAP using and filling out completely such forms and minimum order requirements as SAP may prescribe from time to time and must comply with any then-current order process for the specific Software product. Where applicable, Distributor agrees to use the electronic means provided by SAP for placing orders.
Prescription Drug Quantity Limits We limit the quantity of certain prescription drugs that you can get at one time for safety, cost-effectiveness and medical appropriateness reasons. Our clinical criteria for quantity limits are subject to our periodic review and modification. Quantity limits may restrict: • the amount of pills dispensed per thirty (30) day period; • the number of prescriptions ordered in a specified time period; or • the number of prescriptions ordered by a provider, or multiple providers. Our formulary indicates which prescription drugs have a quantity limit. Types of Pharmacies Prescription drugs and diabetic equipment or supplies can be bought from the following types of pharmacies: • Retail pharmacies. These dispense prescription drugs and diabetic equipment or supplies. • Mail order pharmacies. These dispense maintenance and non-maintenance prescription drugs and diabetic equipment or supplies. • Specialty pharmacies. These dispense specialty prescription drugs, defined as such on our formulary. Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.
ESTIMATED / SPECIFIC QUANTITY CONTRACTS Estimated quantity contracts, also referred to as indefinite delivery / indefinite quantity contracts, are expressly agreed and understood to be made for only the quantities, if any, actually ordered during the Contract term. No guarantee of any quantity is implied or given. With respect to any specific quantity stated in the contract, the Commissioner reserves the right after award to order up to 20% more or less (rounded to the next highest whole number) than the specific quantities called for in the Contract. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Commissioner may purchase greater or lesser percentages of Contract quantities should the Commissioner and Contractor so agree. Such agreement may include an equitable price adjustment.
Contract Quantity The Contract Quantity during each Contract Year is the amount set forth in the applicable Contract Year in Section D of the Cover Sheet (“Delivery Term Contract Quantity Schedule”), which amount is inclusive of outages.
Packing Specifications 7.3.1 A pack will contain a minimum of one message record or a maximum of 99,999 message records plus a pack header record and a pack trailer record. One transmission can contain a maximum of 99 packs and a minimum of one pack.
Quantities The estimated quantities provided by the City are not guaranteed. These quantities are listed for informational purposes only. Quantities vary depending on the demands of the City. Any variations from the estimated quantities shall not entitle the bidder to an adjustment in the unit price or any additional compensation.
Minimum Site Requirements for TIPS Sales (when applicable to TIPS Sale). Cleanup: When performing work on site at a TIPS Member’s property, Vendor shall clean up and remove all debris and rubbish resulting from their work as required or directed by the TIPS Member or as agreed by the parties. Upon completion of work, the premises shall be left in good repair and an orderly, neat, clean and unobstructed condition. Preparation: Vendor shall not begin a project for which a TIPS Member has not prepared the site, unless Vendor does the preparation work at no cost, or until TIPS Member includes the cost of site preparation in the TIPS Sale Site preparation includes, but is not limited to: moving furniture, installing wiring for networks or power, and similar pre‐installation requirements. Registered Sex Offender Restrictions: For work to be performed at schools, Vendor agrees that no employee of Vendor or a subcontractor who has been adjudicated to be a registered sex offender will perform work at any time when students are, or reasonably expected to be, present unless otherwise agreed by the TIPS Member. Vendor agrees that a violation of this condition shall be considered a material breach and may result in the cancellation of the TIPS Sale at the TIPS Member’s discretion. Vendor must identify any additional costs associated with compliance of this term. If no costs are specified, compliance with this term will be provided at no additional charge. Safety Measures: Vendor shall take all reasonable precautions for the safety of employees on the worksite, and shall erect and properly maintain all necessary safeguards for protection of workers and the public. Vendor shall post warning signs against all hazards created by the operation and work in progress. Proper precautions shall be taken pursuant to state law and standard practices to protect workers, general public and existing structures from injury or damage. Smoking: Persons working under Agreement shall adhere to the TIPS Member’s or local smoking statutes, codes, ordinances, and policies.
