BIND AND CONSTRUE CLAUSE. The terms, covenants and conditions of this Lease shall be binding upon, and inure to the benefit of, each of the parties hereto and their respective heirs, successors and assigns. If any one of the provisions of this Lease shall be held to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such adjudication shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining portions of this Lease. The parties each acknowledge to the other that this Lease has been drafted by both parties, after consultation with their attorneys, and in the event of any dispute, the provisions are not to be interpreted against either party as the drafter of the Lease.
