Common use of Bind and Inure Clause in Contracts

Bind and Inure. The terms, provisions, covenants and conditions contained in this Lease shall bind and inure to the benefit of Landlord and Tenant, and, except as otherwise provided herein, their respective heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns.
