Binding Agreement; Benefit. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective legal representatives, successors, and permitted assigns. This Agreement is not for the benefit of any other person, and no other person shall have any right against Farm Credit or Customer hereunder.
