Common use of Binding Agreement Date Clause in Contracts

Binding Agreement Date. The Binding Agreement Date in this Agreement shall be the date when the party is making the last offer, or the Broker (except in a designated agency transaction) or affiliated licensee of Broker representing that party as a client, receives notice that the offer has been accepted. This party (or the Broker or affiliated licensee representing this party as a client) shall fill in the Binding Agreement Date below and promptly give notice of this date to the other party. Filling in the Binding Agreement Date shall not be deemed to be a counteroffer.
