BINDING AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE. Any claim or controversy arising out of any provision of this Agreement (other than Article V hereof), or the breach or alleged breach of any such provision, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (the "AAA") under its National Rules for the Resolution of Employment Disputes (the "Rules"), and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
