Binding Character. 4.1. We shall be bound solely by the final versions of our drafts, documents, advisory reports, analyses and calculations submitted to the client in writing and signed by a person authorised for that purpose (‘the Deliverables’). 4.2. The draft documents, in both electronic and written form, and the oral advice, do not constitute the Deliverables. We bear no responsibility whatsoever for the content or use of such draft documents or oral advice, unless their content is confirmed thereafter as a final version, in accordance with Article 4.1.
