Binding Character. Any decision rendered by any arbitrator pursuant to this Section 10.2 shall be final and binding on the parties thereto, and judgment thereon may be entered by any court of competent jurisdiction. The parties specifically agree that any arbitrator shall be empowered to award and order equitable or injunctive relief with respect to matters brought before it.
