Common use of Binding Contract Clause in Contracts

Binding Contract. This contract is a binding commitment for the entire contract period. The student shall be responsible for the full amount of charges accumulated for the contract period. If payment is not made, the student will not be allowed to register for any succeeding academic period and will not be allowed to receive a university transcript. As mandated by the SFA Board of Regents, any unpaid balance will be turned over for collection to a collection agency. The fee charged by the collection agency will be added to the student’s account.
