BINDING EFFECT; AMENDMENT AND TERMINATION. (a) This Provision shall be binding on MISS DIG and on Member and their successors, assigns, next of kin, and children, and shall inure to the benefit of MISS DIG and MISS DIG’s assigns and to the benefit of Member and its successors and assigns; and (b) No amendment, modification, termination or cancellation of this Provision shall be effective unless in writing signed by both parties hereto. This Provision shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement.
