Common use of Binding Effect; Amendments Clause in Contracts

Binding Effect; Amendments. This Consent shall be binding upon and benefit GE, Assignor, Security Agent and the Lenders and their respective successors, transferees and permitted assigns. GE agrees to confirm such continuing obligation in writing upon the reasonable request of Assignor, Security Agent, the Lenders or any of their respective successors, transferees or permitted assigns. No termination, amendment, variation or waiver of any provisions of this Consent shall be effective unless in writing and signed by GE, Security Agent, and Assignor; provided that all rights and obligations of Security Agent and the Lenders hereunder shall terminate upon payment in full of the obligations of Assignor under the Security Agreement without the requirement for any such writing.
