Common use of Binding Effect and Beneficiaries Clause in Contracts

Binding Effect and Beneficiaries. The provisions of this Lease shall inure to the benefit and be binding upon the Parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Lease shall not be assignable except as expressly provided herein. This Lease is entered into for the sole benefit and protection of the Parties hereto and no other person or entity shall have any right of action under this Lease.
