Common use of Binding Effect and Benefits Clause in Contracts

Binding Effect and Benefits. Except as otherwise provided herein, the terms of this Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Parties hereto and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, successors and assigns, and shall be binding upon any person to whom any of the Shares of the Parties are transferred and upon the heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, successors and assigns of each such Person.
