Common use of Binding Effect and Successors Clause in Contracts

Binding Effect and Successors. This Trust Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective successors and assigns. Whenever in this Trust Agreement either the City or the Trustee is named or referred to, such reference shall be deemed to include successors or assigns thereof, and all the covenants and agreements in this Trust Agreement contained by or on behalf of the City or the Trustee shall bind and inure to the benefit of the respective successors and assigns thereof whether so expressed or not.
