Binding Effect, Assignment and Entire Agreement. The Loan Documents will inure to the benefit of, and shall be binding upon, the respective successors and permitted assigns of the parties hereto. Borrower has no right to assign any of its rights or obligations hereunder without the prior written consent of Lender. The Loan Documents constitute the entire agreement between the parties, and may be amended only by a writing signed on behalf of each party and dated subsequent to the date herein.
