Common use of Binding Effect, Assignment and Entire Agreement Clause in Contracts

Binding Effect, Assignment and Entire Agreement. This AGREEMENT shall inure to the benefit of, and shall be binding upon, the respective successors and permitted assigns of the parties hereto. The BORROWER has no right to assign any of its rights or OBLIGATIONS hereunder without the prior written consent of the BANK.
