Binding Effect; Benefit; Third-Party Beneficiary. This Agreement shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the parties hereto, all persons indemnified hereunder and their respective estates, permitted successors, transferees, custodians, executors, administrators, legal representatives, heirs and permitted assigns.
