Binding Effect; Benefit. This Stock Option Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto and nothing in this Stock Option Agreement, expressed or implied, is intended to confer on any person or entity other than the parties hereto or their respective successors and permitted assigns, any rights, remedies, obligations or liabilities under or by reason of this Stock Option Agreement.
