Binding Effect; Choice of Law; Jurisdiction and Venue. Subject to any provisions hereof restricting assignment or subletting by Lessee and subject to the provisions of Section 14.2, this Lease shall bind the parties, their personal representatives, successors and assigns. This Lease shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any claim or controversy arising out of or related to this Agreement or any breach hereof shall be submitted to a court of applicable jurisdiction in the State of New Jersey, and each party hereby consents to the jurisdiction and venue of such court.
