Common use of Binding Effect; Entire Agreement Clause in Contracts

Binding Effect; Entire Agreement. This Agreement, together with the Plan, contains the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, supersedes any and all prior understandings, agreements or correspondence between the parties, and shall be binding upon the heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the parties hereto.
