Binding Effect; Limitation of Benefits. This Agreement shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the Parties hereto and, subject to the provisions of Article 7 hereof, their successors and permitted assigns. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to confer benefits, rights or remedies unto any Person other than the Parties and their permitted successors and assigns, and no third party shall have the right to enforce the provisions of this Agreement. The Buyer does not, nor should it be construed to, extend its credit or financial support for the benefit of any third parties lending money to or having other transactions with REC Supplier.
