Common use of Binding Effect; Limitation of Benefits Clause in Contracts

Binding Effect; Limitation of Benefits. This Agreement shall be binding upon and shall insure to the benefit of the Parties hereto and, subject to the provisions of Article 10 hereof, their successors and permitted assigns. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to confer benefits, rights or remedies unto any Person other than the Parties and their permitted successors and assigns, and no third party shall have the right to enforce the provisions of this Agreement.
