BINDING EFFECT; MODIFICATIONS. This Agreement shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the personal representatives, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the parties to this Agreement. This Agreement contains the entire agreement of the parties and supersedes any and all prior written agreements between the parties, and all prior and contemporaneous oral statements with respect to the transactions contemplated hereby. This Agreement may not be changed or terminated orally, but may only be changed by an agreement in writing signed by each of the parties hereto.
