Binding Effect; No Third Party Rights. This Agreement shall bind VFNL and VCFC and their respective successors and assigns. Other than Section 5.12, nothing in this Agreement is intended to confer upon any person, other than the parties hereto or their respective successors, any rights or remedies under or by reason of this Agreement.
