Binding Effect of Documents, etc. Each of the LOAN DOCUMENTS which each of the BORROWERS has executed and delivered as contemplated and required to be executed and delivered as of the date of CLOSING by this AGREEMENT, has been duly executed and delivered by each BORROWER and is the legal, valid and binding obligation of each BORROWER and is enforceable against each BORROWER in accordance with all stated terms.
