Binding Effect of Lease. The submission of an unsigned copy of this document to Tenant for examination or signature shall not constitute an option, reservation or offer to lease space in the Building. This Lease shall become effective and binding only upon execution and delivery by both Landlord and Tenant, and shall be enforceable in accordance with its terms from and after the date this Lease is fully executed and delivered by Landlord and Tenant.
