Binding Effect of Pension Plan Rules, etc. The Pension Plan Rules and amendments thereto and all of the Board’s decisions, rules, regulations, policies and procedures made or established in accordance with this Agreement or the Pension Plan Rules, shall be binding upon the Trustees, the Signatories, the Unions, the Employers, the Plan Members and their respective beneficiaries, dependents, estates, heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns.
