Binding Effect on Parties. This Agreement and the Arrangement will be binding upon and will enure to the benefit of each of the Parties hereto and their respective successors and permitted assigns.

Binding Effect on Parties. This PLA shall only be binding on the Parties, Prime Contractors, and Subcontractors on Covered Projects to the extent set forth herein, and shall not apply to the parents, affiliates or subsidiaries the Parties or Prime Contractors and Subcontractors, or to any other projects.

Binding Effect on Parties. This Agreement shall be binding not only upon the "Exhibitor" individually but shall also be binding upon the "Exhibitor's" respective heirs, executors, administrators, successors and permitted assigns who shall execute any instruments and perform any acts which may be necessary or proper to carry out the purposes of this Agreement. This Agreement shall not be assignable by the "Exhibitor" without the written consent of the "Manager" whose consent may be arbitrarily withheld.
