Binding Effect on Successors and Assigns. The covenants and conditions contained in this Lease, subject to the provisions as to assignment, shall apply to and bind the heirs, successors, executors, administrators and assigns of all of Lessee, and all such heirs, successors, executors, administrators and assignees of Lessee shall be jointly and severally liable under this Lease.
