Binding Effect; Parties; Entire Agreement. Subject to the restrictions on transfer set forth herein, this Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns. This Agreement is between you and the Company. This Agreement shall constitute the entire understanding and agreement between you and the Company with respect to the subject matter contained in this Agreement and supersedes any prior agreements, understandings, restrictions, representations, or warranties among you and the Company with respect to such subject matter.
