Common use of Binding Effect; Successors and Assigns; Survival Clause in Contracts

Binding Effect; Successors and Assigns; Survival. The terms and provisions of this Lease, and the respective rights and obligations hereunder of Lessor and Lessee, shall be binding upon their respective successors, legal representatives and assigns (including, in the case of Lessor, any Person to whom Lessor may transfer the Property) and inure to the benefit of their respective permitted successors and assigns, and the rights hereunder of the Lender shall inure (subject to such conditions as are contained herein) to the benefit of its permitted successors and assigns.
