Common use of Binding Effect; Successors and Assigns; Survival Clause in Contracts

Binding Effect; Successors and Assigns; Survival. The terms and provisions of this Agreement, and the respective rights and obligations hereunder of the Lessor and the Lessee, shall be binding upon their respective successors and assigns (including, in the case of the Lessor, any Person to whom the Lessor may transfer all or any portions of the Facility), and inure to the benefit of their respective permitted successors and assigns. The obligations of the Lessee under this Agreement shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

The obligations of the Lessee under this Agreement shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
