Common use of Binding Effect; Third-Party Beneficiaries Clause in Contracts

The Trust On and after the Closing Date, each of the Collateral Agent, for the benefit of the Secured Parties, and the Trust Collateral Agent on behalf Facility Agent, for the benefit of the Trust and the Noteholders are Lenders, is intended by the parties hereto to be a third-party beneficiaries beneficiary of this Agreement.
