Common use of Binding Effect; Third-Party Beneficiaries Clause in Contracts

Binding Effect; Third-Party Beneficiaries. This Agreement will inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto, the Holders of Outstanding Notes, and their respective successors and permitted assigns.

Each of the Indenture Trustee and the Issuer shall be considered a third-party beneficiary of this Agreement.

The Purchasers, the Co-Agents and the Administrative Agent are each intended by the parties hereto to be third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement.

Binding Effect; Third-Party Beneficiaries. This Agreement will inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto, PSSFC, the Holders of Outstanding NotesTrust, the Certificateholders and their respective successors and permitted assigns.
