Binding Effect; Third-Party Beneficiaries. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon and enforceable by the parties hereto, the ACOLT Owner Trustee, the ACOLT Certificateholder, the Secured Noteholders and their respective successors and permitted assigns. Except as otherwise provided in this Article III, no other Person shall have any right or obligation hereunder.
