Common use of Binding Effects; Assignment Clause in Contracts

Binding Effects; Assignment. This Agreement shall be binding upon, and inure to the benefit of, Lender, each Borrower and their respective successors, as­signs, representatives and heirs. No Borrower shall assign any of its rights nor delegate any of its obligations under Documents without the prior written consent of Lender and no such consent by Lender shall, in any event, relieve any Borrower of any of its obliga­tions under the Documents.
