Binding Effects; Benefits. This Shadow Warrant shall inure to the benefit of and shall be binding upon the Company and the Warrantholder and their respective heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns. Nothing in this Shadow Warrant, expressed or implied, is intended to or shall confer on any person other than the Company and the Warrantholder, or their respective heirs, legal representatives, successors or assigns, any rights, remedies, obligations or liabilities under or by reason of this Shadow Warrant.
