Binding Nature of Agreement; Assignment. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns. Notwithstanding the foregoing, P.C. may not assign or transfer its rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of Manager. Manager may assign or transfer all or any portion of its rights or obligations under this Agreement without the consent of P.C.
