Binding Nature of Agreement; Assignment. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Company and its successors and assigns and shall be binding upon the Consultant, his heirs and legal representatives. The Company may assign this Agreement at any time to any affiliate, provided that such assignee assumes all of the obligations of the Company hereunder; the Consultant may not assign this Agreement.
