Binding Obligation; Cooperation. The only conditions to the ------------------------------- settlement and release set forth in this Agreement are set forth in Section 2 hereof and each of the parties agrees to use its best efforts to satisfy each of the conditions for which it is responsible to satisfy. Furthermore, each party agrees that it shall cooperate with each other party hereto in furtherance of the transactions provided for in this Agreement. Not in limitation of the foregoing, the BCI Parties shall continue to cooperate with the HFMI Parties after the Closing in connection with the actions reasonably requested by HFMI in furtherance of the termination and releases provided for in Section 1 hereof.
