Common use of Binding Obligation; Enforceability Clause in Contracts

Binding Obligation; Enforceability. This Agreement constitutes, and the other Loan Documents when delivered hereunder shall constitute, the legal, valid and binding obligations of each Credit Party that is a party thereto, enforceable against such Credit Party in accordance with their respective terms, except as may be limited by any applicable bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, moratorium or similar laws affecting creditors’ rights generally or by general principles of equity.
